European Championship 2003

The European Champion will be appointed Sabbat Regent, and will be awarded with a real crown. White Wolf will print a card with a photo of the European Champion so long as White Wolf gets e-mailed several good digital photos (front, side, close-in, whole body). The card would not be able to make it until the 2nd expansion after Anarchs.
